All compounds are manufactured to meet or exceed 99% purity as verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The actual purity percentage is documented on the batch Certificate of Analysis (CoA) provided with every order. Batches failing to meet the purity specification are rejected and not released.

Compound verification uses two complementary analytical techniques. HPLC quantifies purity by measuring the target compound peak relative to all detected peaks. LC-MS/MS confirms molecular weight and structural integrity by measuring mass-to-charge ratios. Both methods are performed by third-party ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. Endotoxin testing via LAL assay is performed for compounds intended for cell culture applications.

Each CoA documents the compound name, CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight, HPLC purity with chromatogram, LC-MS identity confirmation with observed versus theoretical mass, batch number, and testing dates. Endotoxin results are included where applicable. Retain your CoA with laboratory records for experimental documentation.

Lyophilized compounds should be stored at -20°C in a frost-free freezer, protected from light and moisture. Containers should remain sealed until ready for use to prevent moisture absorption. Temperature fluctuations should be minimized. Each compound’s specific storage requirements are noted on the product label and CoA.

All orders ship in protective insulated packaging. Standard expedited shipping is available for domestic US orders with tracking provided at time of shipment. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. International shipping is available to select countries; customers are responsible for import compliance and applicable duties.

Returns are accepted if compounds arrive damaged, fail to meet stated specifications, or a shipping error occurs. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery with documentation of the issue. Compounds removed from original packaging are not eligible for return. Refunds process to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return receipt.
